The staff is always helpful on the phone with any questions I have, and they do not keep you on hold or cut you off. The EOBs are emailed in a timely manner with full explanations of benefits. Checks arrive in the mail within a week or two.

Our cat was seriously ill and required multiple vet visits, consultations with specialists, and expensive diagnostic tests to stabilize her condition (she's doing so much better now). I am so thankful I chose Spot Pet Insurance! My cat swallowed a bunch of hair ties and needed emergency surgery to save her life. Surgery happened Thursday, claim was filed Saturday, and I received my reimbursement the following Wednesday. The process could not have been simpler and best of all, I was able to save our family pet without worrying about the cost!
