GREAT COMPANY TO INSURE YOUR FUR FRIEND!
All the staff are very courteous and professional, as well as, knowledgeable. Every time I need to consult, ask a question, or file a claim, it's-answered or processed very quickly and correctly. I have nothing but positive remarks for Spot Pet Insurance. I'm so glad I found them and have and will recommend them to insure their fur friends.

Great service
Filing the claim was really easy and the reimbursement payment was very quick. The website is easy to navigate and claim process is very easy. I’m very pleased so far with my experience.

So easy to submit the claims and never had to hassle over payment. I have recommended Spot to friends too and know at least one of my friends uses them now.

They have made the process for…
They have made the process for submitting a claim very easy and seamless. I was able to quickly upload the vet bill answer a few questions and then within a few days the payment for covered items was deposited directly into my account.

Great easy and quick claim processing
Great easy and quick claim processing. If guidelines are met they always reimburse. I prefer Spot over many other pet insurances. Great coverage at a very affordable price

I feel like they care about my dog and his well-being.
I feel like the claim process was easy to do and the receptionist was really accommodating and helpful when I made the first call and also when I had to call again for some questions. My concerns and questions were addressed and answered. Thank you.
