Haven’t heard back about claims yet but I’m sure you have many to go through! Awesome support though and very friendly; my favorite thing is having access to the 24 hr online vet! She helped me make the right decision for my kitten.

In the event you'd like to change your coverage options, you have to connect with our call center M-F 8a-8p EST: 1.800.905.1595 If you're looking to add an additional pet, you can do this through our member center. -The Spot Fam

I found it very easy to sign up for my pet's insurance. I haven't made a claim yet, so I can't review its process. However, I was pleased with the affordable rates, offers, flexibility and perks that come with my four-legged-love's account and insurance. I am also pleased with the welcome calls and emails, the constant communication is wonderful.. It looks like the beginning of a great health awareness and assurance journey for my pet, that's easy on my pockets. Yeah, this is the Spot, for us to be! J

Getting signed up and information was easy and convenient. I’m still unsure about the process of filing a claim online, and whether a claim will be accepted or not. I’ll need to spend more time figuring that out.

If you have our app, click the Claims icon and follow the simple instructions. Don’t forget to take a picture of your invoice and upload it to complete the claim submission.
