I was so surprised when I turned in the documents for my pets vet bill and they just took care of everything without sending me emails asking for more information, etc. etc. like the other three pet insurance companies I’ve had in the past. They just deposited the money into my account with no hassle. Trust me, if you’re looking for pet insurance Spot is the best I’ve ever had, and like I said this is my fourth pet insurance company. Just recently started Spot Insurance Accident, Illness and Wellness plans for my puppy. The plans are very reasonably priced and the coverage is top notch. The claim process was simple and easy to submit claims via online and I was shocked at how quickly I received a reimbursement - only a few days! I may be adding coverage for my 2 cats just solely based on my experience, I would highly recommend Spot Pet Insurance to anyone with a beloved pet(s).

Really easy going fast and great customer service

No one buys pet insurance wanting to use it. However when my Chesapeake Bay Retriever developed a terrible respiratory infection, I was so relieved I had purchased Spot Pet Insurance. Once she recovered, I submitted her bills and in 2 days they were approved. The following day I received a direct deposit of the funds. The submission policy was simple, the review of my request was prompt and the funds were received immediately. Terrific company - highly recommend!!!
