When we had an emergency and had to…
When we had an emergency and had to make the first claim I have ever made i had to call. The service provider on the phone was so helpful and calm I was so thankful I had this service. Currently our pup is recovering from a major surgery. My claim is queued and I am thankful for the day she is all cleared.

I had some issues at the beginning of…
I had some issues at the beginning of my claim as medical records were twice sent by my vet but never received. And on a conference call with Michael and my vets office he confirmed he had received their email with records but then I received another email from you stating you still needed records. It finally got resolved but was a frustrating experience. But once they received the records my claim was processed very quickly. I’m happy with Spot

preexisting conditions and coverage transparency
I think generally spot has been helpful and accepted my claims. There were a couple instances where they cited preexisting condition that I didn’t agree with but overall pretty transparent about coverage.
