Employees always very respectful and kind. Helpful and pleasant to deal with. Claims payment, however, is somewhat slow often times taking one to two weeks to pay. App is easy to use and simple to file claims and associated medical records.

The customer service has been great, but the 3 stars are for the errors that have happened twice in one month and I don’t know if people are just logging things wrong, but one of my claims was entered for last year and then another claim was not reimbursed via direct deposit -which is what I selected/have already received reimbursement this way- it was sent via check. Little things like that are inconvenient

Hard to navigate website. Should have a section for “other” so that clients can better explain why they are submitting a claim as some of the listed reason’s doesn’t seem to apply. Customer Service Rep was great however, the explanation given for questions asked didn’t really make sense when requesting mental information 2 years ago, when a claim for submitted/paid and that information wasn’t required.
