Recently my cat got sick and I had very expensive vet bills. Because I had insurance my cat was able to get the care he needed. The online submission portal wasn’t working and took a really long time to fix. Once available, it was very easy to submit my claims with practically no paperwork and no questions asked. I got reimbursed within days of submission, which was great Just upset that I did not enroll in a no maximum plan, but having the insurance helped with his bills immensely. Overall, very pleased with the insurance and would recommend to others.

Spot Pet Insurance has made the process of filing claims and troubleshooting easy! I’ve had other pet insurance before and I get more straight forward answers, easier claims process and overall easier platform to navigate with this insurance. I have already recommended them to others!

Then I found Spot Pet Insurance and read everything about it even the reviews until I decided this one was the one.Being my first time filing a claim they were very quick about doing so.i would recommend this company to many. I like Spot because they helped me process a claim and the claim processing in itself is very fast. Their CSR’s are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful during the phone service.
