I've had other insurance in the past and SPOT is so much more efficient. Claims are processed/completed in two days and payment is always prompt within 3 days of submitting the claim. I can highly recommend SPOT insurance.

Responds quickly. Helpful, Courteous, Professional, great coverage for wellness and preventive care. Never had this type insurance, prior insurance was for emergency care or illness, so insurance cost for over 6-7 yrs with nothing covered because I was lucky my fur babies were never ill or had accidents. Nice to get some coverage for the premium I pay. I just used on wellness check, vaccines, and dental issues. All my babies are being taken care of and it consoling knowing they will be well taken care of with SPOT!!
