It was so easy to see the different rates to choose a limit, a deductible, and a percentage of coverage. The only thing I could say to improve upon is very detailed document about your pre-existing conditions clause and what that entails, offering examples, etc. I loved the preventative care options as well.

The app that you have does not help, I tried writing a claim but it wouldn’t let me continue when trying to find the vet so I had to go online to do it so your app needs to be fixed.

Well, I gave 4 stars so far. I just got the insurance, and haven't used it yet. I liked the ability to pick the amount of coverage and the add-on benefits to the option I chose.
