Fast processing, solid customer service, decent price. Sometimes there are emails that tell you records are needed even after they were confirmed received. Small issue in comparison to all the positives.

Had to call customer service a few times and reps were very helpful and professional. Claims were processed within 3 days and deposited in my bank account. Before having Spot insurance I had another pet insurance company for 7 years. It took over a month to process claims. Spot Pet Insurance is awesome and have already referred them to several people.

Bought accident insurance when we rescued our 1 1/2 year old Doberman in February of 2022. Have never had pet insurance before. In March of 2023 he ruptured his left Achilles tendon chasing a barn kitty; and, in April 2024 he ruptured his right Achilles tendon chasing a rooster. SPOT has promptly reimbursed us for each of the surgeries and follow up care. Definitely worth the expense.

I have not used the insurance up until recently my dog had an emergency. They helped me with the forms, the representative on the phone was very kind and helpful.
