So far I’ve had no issues at all with submitting claims and getting reimbursed. I have a kitty with newly diagnosed IBD and Spot Pet Insurance has been great at reimbursing for a lot of the vet visits and diagnostics. Would highly recommend it.

When your 8month old kitten has an emergency at 4am on a Sunday you only have one option- very expensive emergency room visit. Having Spot insurance meant I didn’t have to think twice about the expense. There was no stress in submitting the bill and I got my refund back quickly.
