Review of claim and reimbursement happened quickly! We had an unexpectedly sick dog after time at a daycare (!!) and the cost was very high, so we were glad we had Spot insurance - highly recommend!

Spot Pet Insurance was new to me and my rescue, Pugsly. After two Emergency Vet visits, I've been reimbursed immediately, no hassle, easy to file a claim and be reimbursed within a day! Enrolling in the pet insurance was very easy. A couple of months later, my dog had an incident with exposure to a toxic substance. I immediately took him to a pet emergency hospital and he was taken care of. Spot insurance processed my claim for reimbursement and received it with no questions and within a week. Thank you for making it easy to sign up and process a claim.
