Was very skeptical about getting per insurance due to price. I decided to purchase when I seen the prices compared to other insurance companies. I am beyond happy with the customer service and the ease of submitting my first claim. My claim was processed so fast, unbelievable. Thank you so very much!

Claims are very easy to submit online…
Claims are very easy to submit online and reimbursement is quick, less than a week! I love that I can have the reimbursement sent directly to my bank account. The coverage is excellent, they pay for wellness immunizations and tests as well as any visits for injuries or illness. I am grateful for the peace of mind that my dog is well protected and I won’t go into debt if there is a serious health problem.

Very pleased with service
We have been very pleased with the turn around timing of our claims and convenience of direct deposit option. I recently recommended Spot insurance to our veterinarian staff as we have been pleased enough to recommend for others who are shopping for pet insurance.

Easy!
Any time I need help, the people who pickup the phone are always nice. I love that when they need more information they just call your vet for you. So far it's been nothing but positive experiences. It's very easy to do everything.
