I have had no issues getting reimbursed for dog dental, illness, and ER claims. As long as you have the right documentation, you should see your claim reimbursed within about a week. The last thing you need is trouble dealing with pet insurance when you doggy is sick and in the ER. This happened recently to me and is actually still in process. Getting reimbursed by Spot was no trouble at all! I am so thankful for this company and I highly recommend them!
