Policy clearly states that there is a full refund within 30 days if unused. No where does it states New York on the policy document.

I bought the insurance and with the first payment had an issue. Spot asked for additional documents that they couldn’t somehow get from the vet. And claim isn’t going through.

Horrible insurance. As some who lost two dogs within a year and who rescues dogs. I love my baby with my whole heart. But this company is crooks. I am going to submit two other claims which I probably won’t get anything back. It’s hard to know what is pre existing for a fur baby that was abused:( and I asked for a full refund because as someone who has a disability and is trying her best they have no compassion. Other companies would give full refunds in certain cases but this company clearly cares about their money. And it’s very sad. Do not get insurance with them. I’m not renewing after my “contract” is up

You weren't clear on the 14 waiting period for some coverage, coverage started the day after I purchased. Feel like I got mislead.
