I was still getting my brain together since I had to deal with visiting the emergency room and a vet visit the next morning too. That plus the lack of sleep made me input the wrong vet information. Had to call a few times to fix an error I made on a claim and the person helping me was very helpful and understanding. They even checked to see how my dog was doing.
