Speedy Claims
Speedy Claims! Spot has paid for itself. Our dog is incredibly accident prone (bee stings, broken tooth, you name it). Pet insurance has really given us a peace of mind, gotten us on our vet's good side, and really help cover costly services. The only thing I wish was clearer, is how to get non-accidents covered.

Recommend Spot
I would very much recommend Spot. The four star is based on A) claims taking too long to process/pay out B) Spot requiring medical information that is repetitive for ongoing conditions. But they do pay out and there app is quite user friendly

In the past 18 months Spot has been very good at communication and taking care of business. I always give 4 stars as there is always room for improvement - even if it isn't clear where or how at the time of the review.

Have not had to use it yet
Have not had to use it yet. My only concern with this policy is the price of the monthly premium. Easy enrollment though. I will let you know more after I've had to use it. Thank you.
