I have had horrible experiences with other pet insurances. Spot is very transparent when it comes to outlining what is reimburseable. This was my first time submitting a substantial claim, and am very pleased to have received what I was expecting. The process was so easy.

After doing a lot of research and comparison, I picked Spot. Their rates were competitive and their policies around pre existing conditions are reasonable. They processed several claims with no issues...in fact they covered more than I expected. I recently renewed with a lower deductible and the gold preventive plan. The first wellness/vaccine appointment reimbursement more than covered the cost. I highly recommend them
