Quick turnaround on claims. It did take me awhile to learn how to do the online claims though. People were friendly and helpful.

The price is decent and I have piece of mine after my deductible is paid that I have 90% of my vet bill paid when it comes to accidents and illnesses. Believe I’ve had a few and spot has been spot on. The claims are completely pretty fast as long as you get all the info in. There’s been a couple little things I haven’t been thrilled about but hopefully those issues will be cleared up. A text or phone call would be nice instead of a email because I don’t read my emails everyday, so I’m out of the loop most of the time. Just saying would be quicker for me to respond

I am mostly pleased with your service and coverage, however I am frustrated with your large increase in my plan’s price. I chose what I could afford with what coverage I wanted, and you increased by an extra $10. I started looking into other providers, and might need to switch if the price increases anymore than that. It’s not what I chose to pay.

It’s very easily to file a claim and monitor the progress through their user friendly app. Only downside so that processing times are longer than they used to be when we first joined so it takes longer to receive the reimbursement.

Spot has been great when I've needed to file a claim. Claims processing was reasonably easy and fast. If I think of one thing to make it better, it would be to add a direct bill to the Vet feature. I had to take my pet to the emergency pet hospital and the bill was about $8,000. They mentioned that they direct bill the pet insurance company, but after checking I found that Spot does not offer that feature. I had to put it all on a credit card until I could get reimbursed by Spot.
