Easy and Smooth
I've been a Spot Pet Insurance customer for a while now. Recently, I had to file a claim for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was. Spot made everything smooth, and I’m really grateful for their help. Mr. Kitty and I appreciate it!

Spot is great health insurance for the pet you love.
I feel SPOT is a great company to provide health insurance for your pet. Like everyone else you don't insure the existing stuff but some things that are temporary are insured after they get well and been there for a bit. That's just logical business and they are upfront about it. The first claim may take a bit, they have to gather the past information on your pet from the vet but any claims after that go thru pretty quick. The claim process itself is straight forward and easy to access online. If you can scan and attach the invoice billing it goes faster.
