I have no complaints. This is my second yr using spot. Last year I had the basic plan and didn’t use it once. I’m so happy this year I decided to upgrade my coverage because This year unfortunately my pup was hospitalized. Spot insurance reimbursed me 80% for his hospital stay. It is for sure worth it to have doggy insurance
