I filed a claim with Spot through the app. I never needed to pick up the phone or check back. Within two days it was handled and paid. Thankfully I have the Platinum Preventive, Accident and Illness policy. Spot paid 80% of the vet’s bill and deposited it directly into my checking account promptly and with zero hassle.
