Quick turn around time in processing claims. For the most part I am happy, but I do think you need to reconsider the cost you reimburse for vaccines and flea and tick medicine. $25 for tick medicine doesn't even pay for one dose. Without these required vaccines we could potentially have very sick pets. You need to be proactive and not reactive.

The Spot costumer service team has been helpful, kind, and accessible. I have found Spot insurance to be a great value. The claim processing time has varied and has been longer than anticipated. Overall I am appreciative of and satisfied with the coverage and interactions I have had.

I really like Spot Pet Insurance; it helped us a lot, after our great Dane got sick, and we used a lot of money on vet bills. The only think they don't get 5 stars is because it takes some time to get the money back.

The reimbursement process is really easy and quick! I wish I didn’t have to break out what was considered preventative care myself because it is difficult and the receipt doesn’t match up.

Great coverage for my dogs, I have 2 Great Danes, this breed is somewhat high maintenance so I’m often at the vet for one thing or another. Claims are processed quickly and the ease of setting up my online account for direct deposit for reimbursement was simple. I’ve had my policy around 3 yrs. and haven’t had any issues. Times that I’ve called for answers to questions I’ve had have been answered and was satisfied with the response. Your representatives that I’ve had the opportunity to talk to have been friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful.
