It was great because, I didn't spend too much time submitting the papers online. It was that easy!

The process is very straightforward on how to make claims, and the estimate feature helps a lot too. I wish that there was an option to increase the annual limit further since my pet has a lot of health issues, but even so, my pet was able to get a lot of care without much worry financially because spot pet insurance is so efficient. Unlike a lot of other pet insurance companies, spot pet insurance covers services as long as its not a pre existing condition within 180 days, some other pet insurance companies will only cover for things that are not pre existing for the past year which I think is ridiculous.

So far the claim process is pretty good. The only one issue I have is when asked for medical record, upload the medical record from the website won’t clear the need action status. I have to email the records to the provided email address. I think that is a bit inconvenient and redundant.
