I have had years of Bivvy insurance. Bivvy is going out of business and recommended Spot Pet Insurance, but when I called to ask about plan options, they said Bivvy customers were to be treated as "new clients" thus all conditions covered under Bivvy insurance would be considered "pre-existing conditions" and not covered by Spot. I am incredulous that Spot Pet is being recommended as a replacement with absolutely no benefits or equal treatment to potential new clients. They do not deserve this promotion to Bivvy clients as they clearly do not respect us.

Enrollment is super easy. But just wait until you need to put in a claim. This insurance is nothing short of a scam! My dog started to go blind. I took him to an Ophthalmologist and was asked to get a test. I took him for his yearly check up and asked for them to do the test requested. They found he had worms. He was treated and had to be retested. Again they deny the claim. Out of $1600.00 of bills they have have paid a whole $110.00 TOTAL AND UTTER SCAM! Do not even consider Spot for your pet insurance

poorly trained customer service reps. I was issued 2 policies and double charged for one dog….Tried to resolve this error over the phone 6 times with a promise of a refund that still after 3 weeks hasn’t come back to me…they sure took the money fast though but do t want to part with it once it’s BIT THEIRS TO KEEP. I immediately had them cancel BOTH policies now i found out that they double issued and double charged my checking account. Again still no refund All i can say is BUYER BE AWARE AS YOU MIGHT GWT RIPPED OFF HERE.
