Amost everything went great! The process to purchase was straightforward and easy to navigate through... until I tried to summit my claim. I'm sure it's operator error. I could not figure out how to download the invoice. I kept getting an error the file was too big. I finally got it to work, but I don't know what I did 😄. That process could be a little more senior friendly.

I was told to send my medical records to hartvillegroup.com which I did back on 9/15/23. When I called last week, they reported that I they never received any records? So I resubmitted through my app on my phone last week, and now apparently my claims have been submitted and are being processed? So my only complaint is that they need to be more clear about where to send claims to have them processed within a reasonable time?

I'm only giving four stars because the browser on my phone wouldn't work right when submitting claims. I did end up getting it submitted and I was very happy with the reimbursement process.

Quick and simple to submit a claim. The review of the claim and reimbursement could have been faster, but that is my only complaint.

The submitting process was easy and the claim was processed very quickly. This was for my dog's routine annual. I only wish the reimbursement was a little higher for the vaccines and heartworm testing. This was my first experience with using pet insurance and overall it was very positive.

Easy to use. Offers wellness plan better than most.

I really have enjoyed Spot's help. The only thing I would change would be I'd like to get an email letting me know a claim has been approved so I don't have to keep checking the app. Also my claim was approved yesterday but the pay out still hasn't hit my account. I think that is something that should be stated in the email as well.

All questions answered and staff very helpful payments made within a week.
