Spot Processed my claim QUICKLY
I recently sent in a claim for a new illness for my dog. I enclosed my invoice and additional notes on the visit from my vet. It is very important to submit the vet's notes from your visit along with your invoice. This helps speed up your claim. This particular claim was processed very fast and a check will be forthcoming to me. When you have all the info Spot requires, things go very smoothly. I appreciate the quick response from Spot.

First time purchasing pet insurance
First time purchasing pet insurance. Decided to get one when we got a new puppy. Claims are easy to send in and happy with reimbursements on everything wishing I purchased pet insurance for our other dogs previously. Just takes week or so to get reimbursements. Happy with Spot insurance so far.

Everyone I’ve talked to has been very nice and helpful. It’s not always east to submit multiple claims but I’m very glad I have this insurance.

It is great. Saved me from being completely broke taking care of my pup. I wish there was a bigger annual amount and a lower annual deposit.
