Denial of some claims
Had go get the DOI involved over denial of some claims The good news is that I won and since moving forward they pay all claims in a timely fashion

Got a good amount of money back
Got a good amount of money back. It did take a while to review claim but it was a good amount.

I’m relatively new to Spot but so far really like it. I’ve submitted two claims and that process was easy. The reason for taking one star off is that after having the coverage a couple months I changed my mind and wanted to increase our coverage by adding the wellness part. Unfortunately, that can only be done once per year.

Four stars headed towards five
I’m giving four stars because I have only had two claims, so not a whole lot to go on. But I can say that it is easy to use the website to file claims, and the claims are promptly taken care of. I appreciate the ease and the promptness.

Claims process is simple and fast
Claims process is simple and fast, and it’s easy to understand what’s covered and what isn’t. This is the first time I’ve gotten insurance for any of my dogs, but I’m glad I did.

Second Chances

Once you figure out the proccess its good!
First claim was a bit confusing, only thing I was fustrated with. Once figured out it was easy and now I know for next time. Out of $392 for bith cats the oreventit8ve care covered $300. So I am already feeling the benifit
