Fast to process claims
Fast to process claims. Online platform is great and easy to navigate. Very responsive. I called three times with different questions including insurance coverage, billing, VetAccess benefits and claims. Representatives are always very friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. My question can be answered within a few minutes in one call.

Spot was so easy to work with and place…
Spot was so easy to work with and place claims with in a very sad and difficult time for me. They were proactive in stopping Lucy’s coverage as she had passed, not leaving me to do that as well. They called and I received the sweetest condolences voicemail and also a post card. I’m so glad the whole claim process was as easy as possible in such a sad time for me, I was able to do everything through the app and if I needed to talk to someone directly it was very easy to get a real person on the phone in a minimal phone tree. I’m very thankful.
