Very ease to file a claim. Reimbursement was very quick.

When I first got Insurance on my pets I wasn't sure if I actually would receive conversation if my pets had emergency or if I would have to argue it get any. But we have had a couple of emergency visits and even lost one of our fur baby's. I sent in all of the papers that was given to us for the vets and received payment and it didn't take very long at all. When we lost our fur baby Spot was very helpful and understanding with helping us. They even called us just to express their sympathy witch might a lot to us. I have never had any insurance company do that before so that mint a lot to us.

Easy to use and every little bit helps when taking care of my pet

As a newcomer to Spot I was not sure what to expect when I submitted an receipt from my vet. I was very please as to how quickly my claim was processed and payment direct deposited in my bank account.

Just recently signed up and when we were on vacation, we had a big scare. Completing claims was so easy to do and I had no issues getting reimbursed, even being a new customer. So happy I signed up for insurance for my dog! I will never cancel this insurance!
