I submitted my refund request & had it sent in 10 days. Repeatedly gave me status updates! My preference is to have it back within 72hrs, however I appreciate you and your efforts weren’t in vain

My puppy who we JUST got coverage for got very sick and Spot didn’t hesitate to approve the claim. Very easy to submit a claim and very speedy reimbursement. So far so good!!

I have had Spot pet insurance for about 2 years. I had debated getting pet insurance due to it's cost and the fact that my dog is only 3 years old. Now, I am sure glad I did! My dog needs major surgery costing several thousand dollars. Spot will pay 90% of it and I have been amazed so far by how fast they process claims. I did alot of research and SPOT had the best monthly rates for what I wanted, 90% coverage and wellness coverage all for less than $50 a month. They have processed my past claims very quickly and the money was deposited in a week or two every time. Spot really is the best!
