Service was good, but I expected reimbursement a little faster. The amount reimbursed for preventive care was exactly what I expected based on policy documents and original explanations, so that was great!

Good to have my cat sedated so the experience was not so traumatic. I think in the future most of her appointments other than well being visits will be sedated.

Just joined Spot insurance recently and it looks like a right decision. Happy with a reimbursement, even though did not get 100% coverage for the expenses. Will continue with this insurance plan for sure.
