Just confused about how the claims are processed because I have two sitting there in queue and then I submitted another one and they've already paid me for it!! (which is awesome) but the other two are still just sitting there. When I called in the agent said well it just depends on if an agent picks them up or not to process them. It can take two to four weeks and up to a month she said. 😏🤔

I stand Corrected. The claim was paid. I am stunned to read such positive reviews concerning timeliness and ease of the claims process. It has been nearly a month since I submitted my claim. I am having the exact opposite experience. I thought I was prepared and immediately forwarded pages of detailed expenses in excess of $20K for maximum reimbursement of $7K. The medical surgery provided is not known to be a from a pre-existing condition, so I am frustrated with their “fishing expedition” to obtain medical records from the first 6 months of her life. My pet has been insured with Spot for more than 2 years. She is 3 1/2 years old. I have not submitted any claims.

The process is smooth and user-friendly. I appreciate the quick payouts, though pricing could be slightly more competitive.

Too expensive for what I am covered for.

Difficult to submit claims

90 bucks a month only to get less than half back for wellness visits that is too skewed for my liking. Was fine otherwise. Edit: looks like they've made changing it difficult. So there does a star.

I guess I would try to make potential customers understand that most things are not covered - that this insurance is for major illnesses in your pet - and for that you are fabulous!

The time it took to process the claim was more then nerve wrecking..the pet insurance I had before this was very fast..within 2-3 days about..and I submitted the invoice twice..which I shouldn't of had to do..everything else was fine
