Spot Insurance has been extremely helpful during the past few ever since I had to reach out because my Beagle was injured. The two times I’ve spoken to their staff over the phone they have been extremely helpful answering my questions.

Although it seems easy to submit claims, I did have issues with my first submittal to the point I gave up. I have two dogs, both covered and both had same illness together. The invoices were on separate pages & I even spoke with someone twice but Spot could not get passed this and ended up denying the second dog's care. Since then, I have not had both dogs ill at same time so there have been no issues.
