I wish human insurance was this efficient! Upload a bill, they review the claim and money goes right back in my account. I would give spot 5 stars for sure except I feel like it’s a little more expensive than it should be. Although I’m not sure how their price compares to other companies.

You read and determine the items on the bill that are refundable in a very timely manner which I appreciate. I haven’t received a check yet but it looks good. You determined that two invoices I turned in were the same bill but they were two different dates and different totals. I will resubmit. If I get my checks, You will be FANTASTIC!!

Quick response to claims. However I couldn't easily identify the deposits you made to my checking account !!! I had to call my bank to see the origin of the deposits

So far so good, there was an error, but it looks like the claim is being reviewed. They seem to be on top of things and it was pretty easy to file the claim and ask for it to be reviewed.
