I sent in my bills for a spot well over…
I sent in my bills for a spot well over six weeks ago and still have not gotten a deposit in my Bank of America account for the $186. It’s already time for my Pets next check up. This little guy is a new pet a baby and I need to keep consistent in his care. Please, check on this and advise me what to do. Thank you.

Site doesn't work very often
Site doesn't work very often. Difficult to understand deductibles and what I will get paid and split bills into multiple issues for my dog.

Spot is just good at getting my money
Spot is just good at getting my money. But not covering my Pets medical needs. I don't want to trash my $$$

Would not recommend this company to…
Would not recommend this company to anyone, their explanation for not covering my dogs tplo surgery was that since she had the same surgery 2 years prior, that they considered it bilateral and will not cover it. So it's like they are saying if there's a chance of a disease or ailments then they can get out of the coverage. We all hope nothing happens to us or our pets, but we can't predict what can happen with our health but they seem to think if there is a chance they'll weasel their way out of paying your claim.

Will be looking for another pet insurance
First they did not cover very much for a proceedure for my dog. Now, when I submitted a claim, they asked for medical records. It was a very simple claim. I don't know why they need medical records. I think they just want to delay the process in hopes I forget about the claim. I will be looking for another pet insurance.

It’s been pretty awful to be honest
It’s been pretty awful to be honest. I’ve only had it for the month and I’m already arguing about claims, very slow and uninformed customer service, and found out that there’s no way to increase annual maximum limit without cancelling your plan. It’s painful to but I’m cancelling first chance I get.
