Filing the claim was easy and it was paid quickly and without issue. The insurance so far has been great! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the amount reimbursed is significantly less than what I paid out. It was not a surprise as I knew the amount I would get back before filing. I'm just not 100% satisfied with the amount offered in the wellness program overall.

I received 4 emails stating my dog's records were needed to process my claim. I sent the records 4x. They said they requested them from my vet... only they requested them from a veterinarian hospital I've never been to. Finally, I called and they said they had the records. I never had this problem with my former pet insurance company.

The only complaint I have is that even though the vet complied immediately by sending notes requested and I sent same notes, I had to call to get the notes send to review department.
