Overall, I couldn't be happier with Spot Pet Insurance. They were able to process my claim fairly quick without any hassle. Someone was always available in their customer service department to answer my questions and explain the process. Thank you, Spot Insurance, for making a stressful time much more bearable!!

Spot pet insurance for puppies paid about 50% of our first vet. visit for health wellness checkup. I'm in for 80% reimbursement, the extras went above the Spot limits on payments, so I need to check the limits and stay within them. Payment was in about a week after our visit to Vet. I do have a SERIOUS REQUEST FOR SPOT, though. Please find a way to allow us to send claims without needing a pdf-jpg change. I don't have computer, and converting on my Mobile is expensive, requires subscr. to computer for phones. Could you make a text message claim form link that can then be sent to you by phone text or email? A HUGE HELP if you could! Thank you. ( I'd give you five stars except for this problem! ) So far, so good...
