This is my first Pet and my first Pet…
This is my first Pet and my first Pet insurance company. They process reimbursements quickly and when I called with questions about the policy they were knowledge and helpful. I'm happy I found them.

fast turn around on reimbursement but…

So far, so good
In the last few months that my fur baby joined our family, she's had some health issues. It didn't take long to use up her deductible and the reimbursements to begin. Unfortunately, she had an unavoidable vet visit which put one of her issues into the "pre-existing" category. I didn't realize it until one of her vet charges wasn't covered.
