It’s upsetting to have to take my pet to the Vet for an issue. However, there is peace of mind knowing I can count on SPOT Pet Insurance to help me out. It’s such an easy process to submit a claim and provide a copy of the invoice. Before you know it, the claim has been processed and I’ve been reimbursed!

Our experience thus far, and we have only had it for four months, has been very good. They communicate well and process the claims very fast. Hopefully our partnership will continue to be positive!

Spot made it very easy to submit a claim and they respond right away, with settlement and reimbursement in about a week! Such a relief they covered the emergency vet expenses less deductible at 90%! Very happy with their service & highly recommend!
