A quick and easy way to submit a claim through the app. I attached my receipt and heard back within a few days. I received an email stating my claim was approved and was reimbursed. Pretty easy.

The claim form ask questions that you already had. Had to get Lexi’s medical records and scan them to my documents and then add them to form. Little to much to ask. Need to make easier.

Overall we get reimbursed very quickly. Did have a problem with a claim last year but did eventually get resolved. I like the preventative package. Wish it included blood tests.

Very easy to submit reimbursements and it is processed fairly quick. Only losing 1 star because I wish the highest coverage would cover a bit more :)

It was very easy to put in my claim. I received notification that my claim is being processed, but I only gave it four stars because it has not posted in my account yet.
