Thorough and quick
Spot is through and quick to review my claims. I just wish they offered another tier for increased annual coverage. Otherwise, no complaints.

Forms are fairly easy to complete except some of the choices are a little misleading and needs clarification or examples

To make a claim was easy and fast
To make a claim was easy and fast. I got a reimbursement very quickly as well. I just wish they would’ve reimbursed a bigger amount of my claim. It was still not bad.

Unnecessary
Keep asking for medical records we uploaded the same day as we submitted our claim but overall please with Bruno's insurance
