Spot Pet InsuranceReviews of spotpet.com

Spot is really easy to use. Their communication is also terrific.

Easy to submit. Covered some of dental cleaning. Refund payment was quick and direct to bank.

Easy to do. Customer service is amazing and considerate when our pets are dying.

Losing my dog, Bebe, has been incredibly difficult, but the compassion shown by Spot Pet Insurance has meant the world to me. Beyond their reliable coverage, their team truly cares about pet parents. After Bebe passed, they reached out with genuine condolences—sending a thoughtful card, checking in via email, and even following up with a phone call just to see how I was holding up. In an industry that often feels purely transactional, Spot showed true empathy and humanity when I needed it most. I cannot recommend them enough for pet owners who want not just great insurance, but a supportive team in their corner.

We has an unfortunate situation with our girl dog Sadie and she had to have surgery. We use our insurance for the first time and it was simple. Fallow the steps and your done.

Muy buena experiencia porque llevé a mi mascota al veterinario para sus vacunas luego envié la factura del procedimiento y los tres días me reintegraron el valor que pagué
