Customer service is wonderful
Customer service is wonderful. Had a hard time uploading claims. The woman I talked to was very helpful and fixed the issue without delay. I am very happy with the plan I have for Pepper!

My pup has had 2 visits to ER already…
My pup has had 2 visits to ER already this year. It's been such a good experience with spot It's easy to submit claims and they very quickly settle them. I highly recommend.

Excellent insurance for your pets!
I’ve had three different pet insurance companies and Spot is by far the easiest to work with. Yes, they ask for documentation ( like any insurance company should) but they quickly process your claim and reimburse you for the covered expenses. I’m very pleased with them and I plan on continuing our plan.

I don’t usually leave reviews
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt the need to this time because Spot Pet Insurance has been incredible. I’ve had several other pet insurance plans, and there’s just no comparison. Their customer service is excellent, and the turnaround time on claims has never taken more than two days, whereas I’ve waited up to six months with other companies. I have nothing negative to say and I truly hope to continue using them as long as I have my pets.
