Insuring my dog with Spot is the best decision I made next to adopting my sweet Lily. They have many plans to choose from and their customer service is incredibly helpful guiding you with what plans best for you pet. Spot makes it so easy to file a claim and the reimbursements come quickly. I love knowing when the unexpected happens, I know my dog has the best coverage and I can get her the vet care needed.

What a great, supporting company! Within a week, my 9 year old hound went to vet, was hospitalized for 2 days and unfortunately passed away using at home euthanasia. Spot Pet Ins. covered all the expenses according to the plan, no questions asked, beside the proof I submitted with the claim. When you are devastated by the loss of a pet, the last thing you need is worrying about the pet medical care bills. Having insurance for all four of my pets is such a peace of mind; especially now that I know this company is so easy to work with. They also care- everybody on the phone was very understanding and showed tons of empathy. Will use them for as long as I have pets!

I am most impressed with the service when I had to make a huge decision to euthanize my 2 yr old dog with birth defects. upon notification of Pooh's passing, they immediately stopped charging my credit card, sent a card and followed up with a personal call. I totally forgot to cancel the policy and when I logged in, it was already managed. I felt cared for by people I have never met. Personal, caring, customer service!!!! I am still using them for my other dog and would recommend this insurance to anyone.

Finally a company that does what it says it will do and provides feedback and honors their insurance coverage in under a week.
