I've been paying for this insurance for 3 years and haven't had the opportunity to use it until now. My dog got bit by a coyote and I went to a vet to get help. The insurance paid everything I expected them to pay in a timely fashion. 90% of my bill minus my annual deductible certainly helped. I almost canceled the insurance this year because I hadn't needed it, but I'm glad I still have it.

You guys were quick and easy to work with. I was really worried we would get yanked around and have tons of push back when filing our claim. Instead it was so easy! we got our payment less than a week after the incident with minimum work on our end.
