Great personal Customer Service and quick response to calls, so important when experiencing a problem with your pet. Quick turnaround after filing a claim. The entire process was so simple. Spot still values the human touch and caring that is missing when everything is automated and you have to deal with bots. Excellent service. THANK YOU 😊

Submitting claims is very easy and fast. Never had issues with them. I have been with Spot Pet Insurance for 3 years now.
