I'm very happy with Spot Pet insurance. It was very easy to submit a claim over my phone. I just had to fill out an easy form and submit my receipt. They contacted my veterinarian and got the medical records they needed. I very quickly got reimbursed.

Spot always comes through with timely claims handling! It’s super easy to file a claim and processing time is quick. I have a a Frenchie with some common health issues and they can be pricey vet visits. I can rely on them to process a claim and reimburse me within a week or two with no hassle which makes stressful times, much less stressful.

The SPOT agents were sincerely empathetic about my dog surgery. They were easy to work with and made the process go smoothly. I've had different insurance and by far SPOT is my better choice

I have Spot insurance for all 4 of my pets. It's one thing to have insurance, it's another to have to use it. One of my senior dogs had to have TPLO surgery on both of her knees. I had such a fear that it would not be covered, but Spot covered BOTH knees and paid out the next day! My cats have also had smaller issues and I've never had a claim get denied. I would recommend them to anyone.
