My only concern is not understanding…
My only concern is not understanding why I have to submit a SOAP every time I submit a claim. I would have given a 5 star rating if this was not an issue. I am very pleased with SPOT Insurance. The claim is taken care of in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I would strongly recommend SPOT Insurance.

Hi Jacqueline, Thank you for sharing your experience! All claim decisions are based on your pet’s medical records and the signs/symptoms that are noted in those records. Most pet insurance providers including Spot use a pet’s medical records provided by your veterinarian to determine if there are any pre-existing conditions that would keep us from approving a claim. Helpful and straightforward process
It was easy and straight forward when filing a claim and getting my return back took almost no time at all.

The insurance coverage is fantastic
The insurance coverage is fantastic. I just wish the claim reimbursement would come back a bit faster. I pay with a credit card due to the high cost of vets bills. I would like to put the money back onto the card as quickly as possible. Again, the coverage is fantastic.

Good overall coverage
I love how much coverage is provided and how much you can customize. I do wish there was a 25,000 cap of insurance because the option of 10k or unlimited are far ends of the spectrum. 25k would provide a good middle for those who do want a cap instead of unlimited. I also don't love the turnaround speed from claim to payout. There are a few competitors who have a faster turn around.
