I switched Pet insurance to spot and so far no complaints. I had to call customer service twice and both times they were very helpful. The online reimbursement process is very simple.

Some years I haven't used this much, but this year it sure came in handy. I made two claims this year and the process was smooth. I uploaded the paperwork (bill and drs SOAP notes), filled out the extra details, and about two weeks later I get the good news of how much Spot is re-imbursing me. I was able to dial in a plan that worked for us. A great percentage after yearly deductible is met. I have already recommended Spot to many other pet owners.
